This Thursday, September 13th, your team installed a fence at my home in St. Petersburg. The team was prompt, efficient, a pleasure to deal with, and respectful of our property. Their work ethic and abilities were evident from start to finish. The work was done with no wasted motions, precision in locating the property markers and laying out the project, and executing each step for an excellent finished product. The price was very fair, especially for a built on site installation as opposed to a stack of pre made sections from one of the “box stores.” My contacts with John Garcia, Linda Mastny and Jerry Wood have all been prompt, courteous and efficient.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you again. From the very beginning James and I were very impressed, and it only got better from our initial meeting. James and I, (and the dogs), could not be more happy with our new fence, and everybody that played a part in getting the job done. Since the installation, several of our friends and neighbors have complimented the job, (and remember, with our yard you can see the quality and workmanship difference between USA Fence and Arrow side by side). USA Fence recently installed wood privacy fence in our back yard, black chain link in the front yard, and white privacy fence around a small garden area at our new home. When we called for an estimate on the fencing, Scott met us at our home in a timely manner. All phone calls were returned quickly and questions were answered knowledgeably. VERY VERY happy with USA fence! RC is AWESOME to work with-the estimate was timely. We bought the materials and got home to realize the loader forgot a couple pieces, but after calling them, the gentleman actually drove to my house in SRQ to deliver them, along with another few poles that we forgot to order. He also helped us with a few pointers about installing the fence since we were doing it ourselves. Wonderful customer service and would definitely refer my friends/family to them again.
