Residential gate operators range from lightweight parking system tilt-arm gates for apartments and condominiums to single swing, double swing and slide gates for the same type of complexes, residential communities, private residences and personal estates. Because of this, the proper integration of the fence system, gate and gate operator needs to be well planned.

There are a variety of operators available for swing gates and slide gates, using hydraulic arms, linear actuators or screw drive operators, and all of them can open and close a gate. But not all of them are suitable for all gate types due to differences in motor strength and the weight of the gate, so we help you choose the correct mechanism to ensure that your gate functions correctly and for a long time.

For instance, swing gates, which are designed to open and close by swinging in or out, are operated by mechanical and hydraulic arms and chain drives.
